Apple Fitness+ owns iOS. KickFlow is Android-first and combat-sport-specific. Different platforms, different audiences, different jobs.
Apple Fitness+ ($9.99/month) is iPhone + Apple Watch only. Best-in-class production, broad workout library, deep ring/health integration. KickFlow is free, Android + Wear OS only, and built specifically for kickboxing, MMA, Muay Thai, and Taekwondo with live strike detection. They don't overlap — pick by your phone.

KickFlow is not available on iOS yet (planned, no date). Apple Fitness+ is the obvious choice for general iOS fitness. For kickboxing specifically, your best iOS options are FightCamp ($) or YouTube — Apple Fitness+ has limited combat content and doesn't track strikes.
Apple Fitness+ doesn't run on Android. KickFlow is free, native, and built for the Galaxy Watch / Pixel Watch / Ticwatch ecosystem. If you train striking sports, this is your app.
Use Apple Fitness+ on iOS for trainer-led classes. Use KickFlow on Android (or wait for the iOS version) for striking-specific work. The two don't compete on overlapping turf.
Launching Spring 2026. iOS version planned. Free at launch, no subscription.
