NTC has 200+ workouts and a famous brand. KickFlow has live strike tracking, AI form check, and combat-sport-specific programming. Both free. Different jobs.
Use Nike Training Club for general strength, mobility, yoga, and HIIT — it's broad and beautifully produced. Use KickFlow for kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, or Taekwondo training where you need real-time strike counting, technique-specific form analysis, and combat-sport programs. Many serious strikers use both: NTC for off-day strength, KickFlow for sport-specific work.

Variety. NTC covers strength, endurance, yoga, mobility, prenatal, and beginner programs better than any kickboxing-specific app. The trainer videos are professional. The Nike brand carries credibility. If you want one app for general fitness with occasional combat-style cardio, NTC is the right pick.
Specificity. NTC's "boxing" classes are bodyweight cardio inspired by boxing — they don't track your punches, don't correct your form, don't know if you're throwing a jab or a cross, don't classify a roundhouse vs a teep. KickFlow does all of that.
If you actually train a striking art and want measurement (strike count per round, force estimation in Newtons, average punch speed, technique-specific form scores), NTC has nothing equivalent.
Many KickFlow users keep NTC installed for off-day strength training and mobility work. Both are free, both work on Android, and they don't overlap meaningfully.
