KickFlow Data Deletion Request
Application: KickFlow & KickFlow Wear
Developer: Veltrix Interactive
Last Updated: April 21, 2026
This page explains how users of KickFlow (the "Application") can request the deletion of their data. KickFlow is designed to operate with minimal data collection. The majority of user data is stored only on the user's device and never transmitted to external servers. The procedures below describe how to delete both local data and the limited anonymous data handled by third-party services.
1. Types of Data and Where They Are Stored
Stored only on your device (SharedPreferences):
- User name and age (entered during onboarding)
- Training history and workout progress
- Custom workout programs
- Experience points, level, streak, and challenge progress
- Unlocked badges and achievements
- Body weight log entries
- Language, theme, and consent preferences
- Subscription status (Pro/Free)
- AI-generated weekly plan (cached locally)
Processed ephemerally by third-party services (only if opted in):
- Google Gemini (via Cloudflare Workers proxy): Chat messages, recent workout summaries, and optional meal photos sent only when AI features are used with consent. These are processed in real time and are not stored by KickFlow or its proxy.
Collected anonymously by third-party services:
- Firebase Analytics (Google): Anonymous app usage events and Firebase Installation ID, collected only when analytics is enabled.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google): Anonymous crash reports and diagnostic device information.
- Google Play Billing: Subscription and purchase records handled by Google.
2. How to Delete Your Data
Step 1 — Delete All Local Data (Instant)
All data that KickFlow stores on your device can be erased from within the app:
- Open the KickFlow application.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Select Reset Progress.
- Confirm the action.
Immediately after confirmation, the following local data is permanently deleted:
- User name, age, gender
- All workout history and sparring records
- Custom workout programs
- XP, level, streak, challenge days, and unlocked badges
- Weight log entries
- AI chat cache and generated weekly plans
You may also fully uninstall the application to clear all remaining local data from your device.
Step 2 — Delete Third-Party Service Records
KickFlow itself does not maintain a user database. However, anonymous records may exist with the third-party services listed in Section 1. To request deletion of these records, contact the developer using the details below.
3. Contact for Deletion Requests
Please include the following information in your email:
- The approximate date you installed KickFlow
- The device model and operating system (Android / Wear OS)
- Your Firebase Installation ID, if known (this may be found in the app's About screen)
- A brief statement that you are requesting the deletion of data associated with your use of the Application
All requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent when deletion is complete.
4. Data Retention
- Local device data is retained until the user deletes it manually or uninstalls the app.
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is automatically deleted by Google after 14 months of inactivity.
- Google Gemini ephemeral requests are not stored by KickFlow.
- Google Play Billing records are retained by Google under Google's own retention policies.
5. Partial Deletion Options
If a user wishes to delete only specific items rather than all data, the following options are available inside the Application:
- Individual workout entries may be deleted from the Workout History screen.
- Custom programs may be deleted from the Programs tab.
- Weight log entries may be removed from the Weight Log screen.
- AI consent may be revoked at any time in Settings, which immediately stops all future data transmission to Google Gemini.
- Analytics opt-in may be disabled in Settings at any time.
6. Questions
For any questions about this deletion process or about how KickFlow handles your data, please refer to the full Privacy Policy or contact [email protected].
